Shipping and Return/Refund info:

We want to ship your order(s) to you as inexpensively as possible. This will be by First Class mail or Priority mail via the USPS. 

As we are located on a dirt backroad in Vermont where USPS doesn't deliver or pick-up, plan on 1 to 2 days after your order is made, for us to pack up your order and bring it to the Post Office for shipping.

If orders are made while we are away at a faire, festival or event, allow 3 to 4 days after your order is made, for us to pack up your order and bring it to the Post Office for shipping.

Upon delivery, if your purchase arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us at ruth@mountainrogues.com, right away.  We don’t refund the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us and the item(s) must be in new, unused condition.
