SHIPPING INFO & CONTACT US
We want to ship your order(s) to you as inexpensively as possible. This will be by First Class mail or Priority mail via the USPS.
As we are located on a dirt back road in Vermont where USPS doesn't deliver or pick-up, plan on 1 to 3 days after your order is made, for us to pack up your order and bring it to the Post Office for shipping.
If orders are made while we are away at a faire, festival or event, allow 3 to 4 days after your order is made, for us to pack up your order and bring it to the Post Office for shipping.
Due to the volume of stuff the USPS deals with at this time of year we will attempt to have delivery of of orders made before December 10th to arrive by Christmas or other seasonal holidays but will do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible.
Upon delivery, if your purchase arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us at info@mountainrogues.com, right away. We don’t refund the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us and the item(s) must be in new, unused condition.
